Sometimes we fall and got scars and get wounds but we never gave up. How was your day? When we drive bicycles, we feel the air in our hair and body. We can not get such experience from driving a car and bike. It also saves our planet from pollution and fits our bodies as well as our mind. Everyone has a different memory of driving a bicycle. World bicycle started by the UN.

It can develop our society and both rich and poor people can afford bicycles.Professor Leszek Sibilski started a project about bicycles and their role in the human body and mental development in 2015. His project turned into a massive movement backed by ‘Sustainable Mobility for All, and due to this reason, the International day was set by the UN for promoting bicycles. June 3, 2018, is declared World Bicycle Day and It has been accepted by 193 members of the UN General Assembly. The resolution is supported by major countries
Isaac Feld designed a logo and animation created by Professor John E. Swanson, showing how can we drive a bicycle in different ways.
It is also a tradition. All of us remember our old days and a smile is on our faces. We have attached this. When we grew up, we forgot those golden days. It is just a basic two-wheeler. But many people use it for going to work and some people use it for daily transport.
Bicycles keep us healthy. World Bicycle Day tells about the “benefits of using the bicycle — a simple, clean, affordable, and environmentally fit sustainable means of transportation.” It fits our body and mind. If you are cycling daily, you don’t need to exercise. You can burn more calories than running. It develops our body.
There are numerous reasons why World Bicycle Day is critical to both individual and environmental health. For individuals who do not have access to a car, it is a low-cost, environmentally friendly means of transportation that is simple to use and dependable. It gives those who don’t have access to other modes of transportation and physical activity. It raises users’ awareness of their immediate surroundings and encourages community members’ creativity and social participation. The benefits to the environment and one’s health cannot be overstated. The bicycle is a green mode of transportation that also allows individuals to show their support for a healthier environment and planet.Anyone can participate in the day by commemorating it in creative and enjoyable ways. To begin, you might make a donation to a cycling charity. Many non-profit organizations are looking for strategies to boost the number of people who ride bicycles in underdeveloped nations. Many people see it as a low-cost option that makes bringing food and water considerably easier. Second, instead of driving, you can ride your bike to work, college, or school. Avoiding traffic and saving money on petrol, diesel, and gas will be achievable. This is likely to be a more fun and stress-free mode of transportation. There is no need to spend money on gas, and the fresh air will feel great. Bicycling helps to reduce CO2 emissions as well. It’s also a great way to keep healthy and get some exercise. There’s no doubting how good it feels to be out in nature and release some pent-up energy. Third, by posting World Cycle Day hashtags on social media, one can encourage people to ride their bikes about town. People are increasingly engaging online and expressing themselves through social media platforms. Invite a friend to ride a bike with them to a friend’s house or to conduct errands to encourage others to use this mode of transportation. At the end, one can commemorate World Bicycle Day by pressing local governments to enhance bicycle and pedestrian mobility in their city. Attend a meeting in the region to express your problems and suggestions for making riding in the city easier and more accessible to residents. To inspire and drive change, all it takes is a few people who are prepared to speak up and share their opinions on the subject. Invite a friend to ride a bike with them to a friend’s house or to conduct errands to encourage others to use this mode of transportation.
